Join us at The Clay Table, a pottery studio in Scheveningen, The Hague, for our popular Wednesday morning course Hand Building All Levels with professional potter and teacher Alice Lamarque Foray. Our Classic courses have longer classes of 2.5 hours, so you get more hands-on time with the clay in every session, more practice and faster progress. In this 7-week pottery course, beginners make charming small cups, vases and decorative boxes or jars with lids, learn the art of surface decoration and are introduced to glazing, while students with more experience work on their own ceramic projects. This course is also the entry point to our highly popular Advanced Hand Building course (Tuesday evenings). Embrace your creativity and connect with fellow clay enthusiasts! 7 sessions, each lasting 2.5 hours (including 10 minutes for cleaning). Create several pieces, up to 2 kg (additional pieces: €15/kg). The last session is the glazing class; your pieces are ready for pickup from Saturday 9 January. Language: English and/or French. Min. 4 participants, max. 10. Experience the joy of pottery making in a welcoming, friendly environment with highly skilled and generous teachers!
