KIDS' CLAY CLUB
with Lillian Vlaun
Kids’ Clay Club is an awesome weekly ceramics hand building course for kids aged 8-13 with artist and potter Lillian Vlaun. The classes are for children interested in learning the ins-and-outs of working with clay and making pottery. No experience needed.
The young potters who have already taken our course are most welcome to return. They will work on improving their skills, learn new techniques and work on more complex projects.

Lillian's course introduces children to the incredible creative opportunities of clay, fostering their creativity while giving them an excellent introduction to the basic techniques of making ceramics by hand (5 hand building .classes, 1 wheel throwing class).

Each participant makes several daily use objects / art pieces which they also decorate / paint.
Included in the price: clay, tools, ceramics paints, (food safe) glazes and 2 required firings of the resulted pieces.
To keep it simple and clear for everyone, the price per entire course includes 1.5 kg of glazed fired pieces.
Additional fired items will be charged at €15/kg (in consultation with the parents).
Number of participants:
10. The class goes ahead from a minimum of 7 participants.
The finished works will be ready for pick up 5 to 6 weeks after the finished course.
Important to know:
It is not possible to make up for a missed class, nor to receive a reimbursement for a missed class. We kindly ask you to register for the class if the child doesn't have prior arrangements in the Wednesdays of the course.
Cancellations & refunds:
Up to 28 days before the start of the activity, it is possible to get a full refund, minus 10€ administration fee. To do so, please contact info@theclaytable.nl. For cancellations less than 28 days in advance or for absence during the activity, no refund is possible.
