WHAT IS HANDBUILDING
Handbuilding means modelling the clay by hand. Our handbuilding classes are designed for people who want to make specific objects, be it decorative or functional. You will learn to master the fundamental techniques in ceramics. Handbuilding is mindful, peaceful, approachable and a most creative form of pottery making.

BEGINNERS
In the beginners class you will learn 2 fundamental techniques: pinch pots and building with coils.
INTERMEDIATE
In the intermediate class you will learn to make bigger pots, working with slabs (plates, decorative wall pieces).
The advanced lessons are for students who have completed the first two courses and want to improve their skills with the help of a teacher.
OPEN STUDIO
Work independently on your own projects, without teacher help.
