Hand Building for Beginners is a 2.5-hour workshop for people who want to learn the techniques of working with clay by shaping it by hand into functional objects or decorative pieces. 

With these techniques, creativity knows no bounds, and the process is calming and relaxing.

Techniques: pinch pots, coiling, small slabs, decoration with various colored engobes.

You can make: a cup, bowl, vase, or sculpture.

Size: small to medium.

Create: 1 item.

Included: stoneware clay, engobes, 2 firings, 

1 glazing session (studio staff).
